Patient Opinion Australia offers 'read only' subscriptions for public interest bodies (often consumer organisations or statutory organisations).

This 'read only' subscription allows such organisations to receive free email alerts (up to 2 staff) when a story has been posted about a service that you have an interest in. This is what is called 'watcher' status.
