Disaster management training and development

DPMD offers a range of training and development courses that enhance health professional’s skills and knowledge on how to better plan and respond to the health consequences of a disaster. DPMD offer multiple annual face to face training sessions in the metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia.

Important Notice: Application form for courses post June 2026

DPMD Training is transitioning to a new online application and database system.

Applications for courses being run after June 2026 will be through our new online system once it is operational.

In the meantime, if you are interested in attending one of these courses,

please send an EOI email to DPMDTraining@health.wa.gov.au expressing your interest in a particular course

and we will send you a link once the online application system is up and running.
