Be Wise. Immunise - Free influenza vaccines extended to 31 July
24 June 2026
All Western Australians will now have until 31 July to access free influenza vaccines, giving them more time to protect themselves and their families.
Getting vaccinated reduces the risk of severe illness, complications and hospitalisation, often in people who were otherwise considered healthy.
Book your immunisation appointment now (no Medicare card needed) to protect yourself, your family and the wider community. Availability may vary, so check with your provider when booking.
Make immunisation a routine step in staying well this winter.
Influenza vaccinations are available at participating:
- General practices (GPs)
- Aboriginal Medical Services
- pharmacies (for those aged 2 years and over).
- community health clinics.
While the vaccine itself is free, some providers may charge a consultation or service fee. Check for any additional costs before booking your appointment.
