Manage My Care

Manage My Care is a free app and website which enables patients and carers to digitally track their WA Health public outpatient appointments and referrals at times convenient to them. Manage My Care can also be used to request updates to patient information and, for participating clinics, the rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment.

Download the free Manage My Care app via the App store (external site) or Google Play (external site). Alternatively, access the Manage My Care website: www.managemycare.com.au.

Where you can use Manage My Care

Manage My Care allows you to track outpatient appointments and referrals at all WA public hospitals and healthcare sites. 

The following types of appointments will not display within Manage My Care:

  • Diagnostic and imaging appointments (e.g. blood tests or scans),
  • Elective surgery and booked admissions,
  • Private health appointments.

If you need help with technical issues (e.g. logging in, re-setting username or password, linking a patient to your account), our support team is available at 1800 517 133 (Monday-Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm).

For appointment questions (checking a referral, rescheduling, or cancellations):

  • Check the Manage My Care app or website
  • Call the hospital clinic directly (if a number is provided on your appointment letter)
  • Contact Outpatient Direct at 1300 855 275 (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm)
